We look forward to making your vacation in the Bahamas truly memorable.  To ensure that every detail is taken care of, below you will find a list of concierge services that are available to you before arrival.  Please let us know how we can help you plan your getaway.

Transportation from the airport:

We can arrange for a taxi driver to pick you up from the airport and bring you to our hotel. The fare is a flat fee of $30 for 2 people and $3 for each additional person, this amount is paid directly to your driver. To make these arrangements, please let us know your flight information so that a driver can be standing-by. No fee applies for arranging pick up service.

Rental Car Service:

Airport Car Rental will deliver your car to the resort or have it available at the airport.

Prices are as follows:
Mid-Sized Car:

Daily Rate  $74.00      

Weekly Rate  $444.00      

Insurance (Optional) $25.00 Daily.

Gas is not included and cars must be returned with a full tank.

A flat fee of $ 15.00 per arrangement will be charged to Hideaways for arranging car rental, boat rental or any excursions.
VAT (Value Added Tax) Extra 12%

Pre- Arrival Grocery Shopping:

We can stock your room with your favorite drinks and snacks.  For your convenience, attached is a copy of our grocery menu. Let us know if you would like us to shop for you.  If there is something special that you would like in your room that you don’t see on the list, please do not hesitate to ask.

BBQ Facilities are available complimentary in a few locations around the property.

Tours & Excursions:

​There are so many things to do in Exuma.  Kite boarding, snorkeling, diving, fishing, kayaking, swimming pigs tours and of course relaxing on our gorgeous beaches. Let us know what you are interested in and we will make the proper arrangements.  On a budget?  Let me know your adventure budget and I will work with our various tour providers to make sure you get a great price and an unforgettable experience!
