We look forward to making your vacation in the Bahamas truly memorable.  To ensure that every detail is taken care of, below you will find a list of concierge services that are available to you before arrival.  Please let us know how we can help you plan your getaway.

Transportation from the airport:

We can arrange for a taxi driver to pick you up from the airport and bring you to our hotel. The fare is a flat fee of $30 for 2 people and $3 for each additional person, this amount is paid directly to your driver. To make these arrangements, please let us know your flight information so that a driver can be standing-by. No fee applies for arranging pick up service.

Rental Car Service:

Airport Car Rental will deliver your car to the resort or have it available at the airport.

Prices are as follows:
Mid-Sized Car:

Daily Rate  $74.00      

Weekly Rate  $444.00      

Insurance (Optional) $25.00 Daily.

Gas is not included and cars must be returned with a full tank.

A flat fee of $ 15.00 per arrangement will be charged to Hideaways for arranging car rental, boat rental or any excursions.
VAT (Value Added Tax) Extra 10%

Pre- Arrival Grocery Shopping:

We can stock your room with your favorite drinks and snacks. Please contact info@hideawayspalmbay.com for additional information.
